Sentenced to state prison:
• Shawn M. Cormier, 21, 748 Park Ave., six to 12 years, 10 years probation, $145 restitution for rape of a child.
Sentenced to County Prison:
• Michael Carlisle, 48, 2208 Lycoming Creek Road, 26 days to 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jason Alvarez, 25, 2326 Linn St., three to 24 months, three years probation and 50 hours community service for aggravated assault and disarming a law enforcement officer.
• Richard A. Seville, 38, 615 Wilson St., eight to 24 months, less a day, 100 hours community service and $91 restitution for robbery.
Sentenced to Intermediate Punishment:
• Elizabeth Toslin, 38, 358 Warren Ave., Montoursville, five years with one year in the Pre-Release Center for a third driving under the influence.
• Elizabeth R. Minier, 27, 1043 Isabella St., six months with 72 hours in the Pre-Release Center, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
• Eric F. Rich, 39, 219 Shady Lane, Jersey Shore, five years with one year in the Pre-Release Center, a $2,500 fine and 50 hours community service for driving under the influence.
Sentenced to probation:
• Brooke C. Hastings, 23, 1417 Elmira St. one year and 50 hours community service for false reports.
• Jeffrey S. Snyder, 54, Lock Haven, one year and 50 hours community service for accidents involving damage.
• Kathryn R. Kodish, 26, Cammal, one year and 50 hours community service for retail theft.
• Shannon O. Tutler, 21, 623 Park Ave., one year for criminal trespass.
• Wendy L. Keeler, 44, 995 Canoe Run Road, Jersey Shore, 18 months and 50 hours community service for forgery.
• Byron L. Magargle Jr., 35, 657 Wildwood Blvd., 12 months and 75 hours community service for tampering with records.
• Jeffrey Green, 43, 505 Park Ave., 12 months and one month electronic monitoring and $30 restitution for theft by unlawful taking.
• Jasmine C. Aloisio, 22, Ashland, one year and a $100 fine for receiving stolen property.
• Blake Mitchell, 49, County Prison, one year concurrent to existing sentence and $2,740 restitution for accidents involving damage.
