Prudential acquires ERA Classic Realty in Danville and Lewisburg
Prudential Hodrick Realty has acquired two branches of ERA Classic Realty in Danville and Lewisburg and is bringing to the markets some state-of-the-art technology to help real estate buyers and sellers.
Now, with 54 sales professionals in four offices, Prudential Hodrick Realty is the largest residential real estate company in the area and is serving Union, Northumberland, Snyder, Montour, Columbia, Lycoming, Clinton and Sullivan counties.
“I set out to grow my company and ERA Classic Reality was a company I have been familiar with and had previous discussions with,” owner Bill Hodrick said. “That opportunity rose again and we thought it was a natural fit between the cultures and the philosophies of the companies.”
The former owners of Classic Realty, Mary Mastascusa and Connie May, will remain active with the company.
