April 3 ä Playing Lightly Upon the Earth: A Look at Recreational Impacts on the Natural Environment, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Discuss how recreational activities might bring with them the possibility of diverse impacts including water qaulity issues, erosion, soil compaction, invasive species, fossil consumption and more. Designed for students in fifth to 12th grades and those participating in the Environthon. Pack a bag lunch and dress for both indoor and outdoor activities.
